Track 10 is incorrectly titled 'Ocean Shore' at the download source, but the actual song included as track 10 is 'Sentinel'. Track 14a is a cover of [a=The Lipstick Killers] song 'Hindu Gods (Of Love)', which is then followed by the unlisted track 'The More Things Change'. Recorded live at the Great Northern Hotel in Byron Bay, New South Wales, Australia on January 23rd 1997. 'Byron Bay The Great Northern Knees Up' was first made available via the streaming service Spotify on September 4th 2021, as a 17 song live album (one continuous track: 1hr, 4min, 22sec). On July 8th 2022 it was made available for purchase in various download stores as a 14 track digital album (57min, 01sec). The two tracks omitted from the 2022 digital release are: 'Johnny' (track 9) and 'Cutting It Fine' (13). Track 14 of the 2022 release includes two songs: 'Hindu Gods of Love' and 'The More Things Change'. From the September 10th Laneway Music YouTube description for the omitted track, 'The More Things Change': "The Celibate Rifles at the Great Northern Hotel Byron Bay around 1996. This is a show from the time of releasing the acoustic '[m=584651]' album, the band did a run of gigs where the first half was done with acoustic-ish versions and the 2nd half was plugged in and rocking. For this show, if the acoustic set was part of it, that recording is long gone, leaving the plugged in version as you hear on this album. The band is in good form with a varied selection of tunes and very few knock-ons that are obvious, they have chosen to release this as an entire gig, rather than individual songs so listen in that mode or fast forward as needed. Guitarist Kent Steedman has EQ'd and Mastered the performance to reduce the desk sound."
