Comes with "The Sufi Dance & Song Booklet" containing instructions and music for the Dances and Songs, with commentary, poetry and photographs of American Sufis in action.
Partially recorded and mixed at 1750 Arch Street, Berkeley, CA. Recorded at Sufi Meetings and Seminars held in the Bay Area. The Dances came through Murshid Samuel Lewis and members of the Sufi Community; the composed music through Allauddin and members of the Sufi Community.
TT 46:00.
B6d: The recorded version begins with a 1970 meeting led by Murshid Lewis, and cuts to a 1974 meeting led by Masheikh Wali Ali.
B6e: The recorded version took place at the end of a week-long seminar in the summer of 1974 in Healdsburg, California, when the people were open and full of love.
