Per insert: "Recorded and mixed in February 1998 at the Second Home Studio. Special Thanks to Ian and Helene at Subjugation." The cover features the barn of Emile Riche, a New Orleans farmer whose house was damaged in the 1927 floods. Protesting the officials, he put up various signs around his property because they wouldn't give him compensation for the damages. The catalog number on the back cover is "SUB 17", but on the record it's "sub 16". Since there's already a record with SUB 16, it's assumed this is SUB 17.
