Recorded in between album and EP releases over the past year, these 12 tracks flex the sometimes tense and otherwise relaxed moments of inspiration in my head. Studio exercises turned into explorations - improv recordings which capture that creativity as it happened. The overall mood here reflects the atmosphere of downtown DC at nighttime: unpredictably mercurial.
Expect the 1st half of the album to maintain a speedier, boomier pace while the 2nd half transitions into a calmer, chiller mindset.
