Puppet Citizen (Unreleased 5th E.P.)

Recorded at Sound Arts in Houston, TX This is an unreleased 5th EP, given to a music reviewer in the mid/late 1980s. These tracks may date from 1987, as they appear on a 1989 compilation tape of Hates material labeled 1979-87 (https://www.discogs.com/Hates-ST/release/18336817). Note from Colin Wooten, Hates drummer According to Christian, these tracks are from 1987. While The Hates lineup during that time consisted of Ted Barwell on bass and Bad Toad on drums, this EP was recorded with touring musician Donna Verbanic, who had been playing with Christian in a Kansas City version of the group. Gary is simply a session musician. In addition to the songs appearing on the 1989 French cassette, Society Crisis would be recorded in 1995 for Greatest Hates.
