This 2009 remastered CD is housed in a digipak cover with four bonus tracks (15 to 18) and a folding 4-section / 8-page booklet. The CD was pressed in Canada by [l=Americ Disc]. Tracks 16 & 17 are from the '[m=47103]' EP, which was recorded in Chicago, IL, USA during May 1993 and released by Touch and Go on August 20th 1993. Track 18 is from '[m=277803]' soundtrack compilation, which was released by Chaos Recordings / Miramax / Columbia on October 11th 1994.
