In the original pressing of the box set, CD n°10 is defective (total silence of 1'40'' at the beginning; all indexes out of sync; abrupt cut 1'40'' before the end of the last track). A new, rectified pressing of the CD n°10, without sleeve, was produced so that purchasers of the box set could replace the faulty CD upon request with proof of purchase.
