Extremely limited edition CD-Rs hand made by Seth Putnam and sold on Ebay, likely when he was trying to buy drugs.
Art is hand drawn by Putnam (poorly} on generic copy paper of a stick armed wizard and some "evil hellish flames."
In the inside, is a poorly formatted image from the original release he resized to fit in a jewel case.
The back is another really terrible drawing by Putnam that shows clear signs of hand tremors.
Each track is each side of the original seven inch. Track one is side one. Track two is side two.
The jewel case is cracked, and always has been cracked, as that's how I received it. I imagine he dropped it while doing meth and stepped on it.
