600 Degreez

It is said that this album was supposed to come out just like a traditional retail album but didn't. Therefore, it is unknown whether this album was/is official & sanctioned by Juvenile & UTP Records, as the barcode looks like it is intentionally modified to be unscannable & the UTP Records logo doesn't appear like it did. It could be 1) an official release by UTP Records but as an underground rather than traditional release or 2) completely bootleg. In favor of it being an underground release, it seems it was sent to music industry people just like normal albums, where straight bootlegs would not be, via what was most likely an official channel, as promo. Also, SHEMP from Photo Doctor Graphics designed this entire release & he designed official CD's for west coast artists, where Juvenile had just collaborated with JT The Bigga Figga on a soundtrack the year before (2001). SHEMP also designed B.G.'s underground release [url=https://www.discogs.com/BG-Still-The-1-Hot-Boy/release/8173804]Still The #1 Hot Boy[/url], so Juvenile & B.G.'s post Cash Money albums seem like non retail underground albums that circulated as promotional items for their start up record labels. The tracklist on the album is completely wrong - likely the tentative tracklist for when it was scheduled to be a normal album release. 12 tracks are listed, but there are 16 tracks on the album. Therefore, the tracklist matches the info from the digital version of 600 Degreez + the 2 untitled instrumentals that are the intro & outro. Some tracks are swapped around on the digital version tracklist, and the track "Hope Y'All Ready" doesn't appear on this CD, only appearing on the digital version. Juvenile doesn't have a verse on every song, but it is presumed he produced all 16 songs. Although it states all tracks are produced by Juvenile, and though it does certainly sound like it, the digital version tates that JT The Bigga Figga produced all the tracks. It is probably a mix-up error as Juvenile & JT presented a soundtrack the previous year, 2001. It is more than likely that Juvenile produced all 16 tracks on the album.
