Pascal Battus , found objects Bertrand Gauguet , sax Eric La Casa , microphones Recorded at Philharmonie Paris - building site, 2013 With these recordings, we want to present an important concept of our work on the site of the Philharmonie, during 2013. Over the months, during our sessions, we have spent our time drifting in this building site, in the middle of all these workers. With Chantier 4 CD, we experimented the musicality of the site when we played in contact with workers in their spaces. Here, we present the other part of our project: the freshly created interior spaces, with no function. There, in these almost silent concrete spaces, we tried to move away from the representation of the building site to explore the essence of architecture: the making of interior space. (éric la casa)
