Standard black vinyl version, issued in a sleeve with a bigger spine to comfortably hold the two records, both housed in generic white die-cut inner sleeves with rounded corners. Also includes a double-sided color insert sheet with lyrics, credits & thanks yous, and a photo of Tori Amos. The records were pressed on black vinyl. Another version was pressed on clear vinyl. On the sleeve and labels, the track titles of A1, B1, C1, D1 and D5 are given, but the tracks are excluded from the alphanumeric listing. For example, 'Beauty Queen' is not numbered, while 'Horses' is listed as track 1. Reflecting their arrangement in a single band on the A side of the record, the durations of 'Beauty Queen' and 'Horses' are combined and appear as a single duration after 'Horses'.
