This tape was a release by the Minnesota Mining & Manufacturing Company (3M) in 3&3/4, 7&1/2 and 15 inches per second speed. Per Paul W. Jensen, the sales manager of 3M, the reason for the release was "A means of bringing to the public's attention just how good music on tape can be, and to further stimulate interest in the prerecorded tape field." Orchestra is anonymous. This tape is the 7&1/2 ips version. These reels were full track mono, so that the tape only played in one direction.
