Undated (Since both the 70400 and 5200 series were instituted after the finalization of a distribution deal with [l266900], the CD release date was most likely in 1988, but not definitively established on the actual item!) [l57951] CD reissue of 1987 [l49587] LP [TER 1136], distinguished here by the fact that the catalog number of this release is listed as VSD-5221 on the booklet cover, inlay card, and inlay card spine, but as VCD 70446 on the CD label -- it appears that this title was licensed from [l49587] at the same time as [r9060369], was also pressed at the same time as [r9060369] by [l56025] (with the catalog numbers VCD 70446 and VCD 70447, respectively!), and were each to be released as part of the [l57951] 70400 series; but for unknown reasons, this release was delayed at the time and eventually issued as part of the 5200 series, and the catalog number was then changed to VSD-5221 for the booklet and inlay card (as well as all subsequent CD pressings!) to reflect that fact. Although the VCD 70446 catalog number was reassigned to [r10568029] after the release of this title was delayed (and therefore shouldn't have been included here!), it was apparently also decided not to waste the existing run of VCD 70446 Sherlock Holmes CD's, so they were included in this release along with the reconfigured VSD-5221 packaging -- unfortunately, it's also unknown just how many of these hybrid copies exist, but since most of the 70400 series had both small press runs and extremely limited distribution, the number is likely to be 500 or fewer ...
