This version has the corrected insert without the Gallico credit on the rear, and additional Rak publishing credits, compared to the earliest UK release [r=4420651]. Released in a fully laminated cover, including a paper insert with credits/photos printed on one side only. Dark blue Decca labels with typo in B1 publishing, appearing as "C. Contorol" instead of "C. Control". This was corrected on later issues. Polylined standard company inner sleeve.
