The copies are housed in a hand-painted heavyweight cardboard box and hand-numbered out of 320. A small number of these copies (this version) had a printed eloxal metal plate on the front of the box instead of a photocopy. All copies include seven inserts (one for each song and listing titles/credits/etc.) and the box comes with a red banderole around it. The banderole is sealed on the front with a sticker reading "Genocide Organ :Save Our Slaves:", and on the back with a sticker reading, "Let The Legend Live In The Grand Ole South!". The catalog number appears on the outside of the box and on the main release insert as "004/005" in the label logo, on the top of the same insert as well as one other it appears as "TESCO 004/005" The "Lacquer Cut At" and "Lacquer Cut By" credits are identified by the runouts.
