This version is a clear cassette shell with white print. The timing window has eleven short vertical hatchmarks over "O 5O O" text, all recessed. There is a small triangle inside a circle (∆) towards the left side of the top edge of the shell on both sides A and B. The bottom left and right corners on each side of the shell have a large circle with a small circle inside. "MADE IN U.S.A." appears as text inside a long oval along the right of the top edge of the shell on either side A or B. J-card insert: Printed in Canada Cassette shell: Made in U.S.A.
