Test pressing. The number of copies in existence is unknown. White label with "Only For Promotion" text. The unique thing about this pressing is that it's the regular black vinyl. The only official pressing of Insanity was the picture disc, thus those test presses are the only copies of the album on the regular vinyl in existence. This press on regular vinyl (arguably) has a better sound, as the picture discs are normally associated with the increased levels of hum and noise.
