Recorded at various points on their 2001 North American tour. Comes in a cardboard sleeve. The front sleeve is featuring the artist name variation and the release title in different colours such that both can be clearly distinguished. This is not the case for the label. Moreover, the release title part of the combined text is not featuring the closing dot as on the front sleeve.
